Affordable Housing Hartley Wintney
The Hartley Wintney Neighbourhood Plan (2019) seeks to address the housing needs identified wihtin the parish as a result of the consultation process, whilst ensuring that development does not have an unacceptable impact on the local infrastructure.
A key aim for Housing within the HW Neighbourhood plan is to provide a range of high qulaity and affordable homes that meet the need of local people and encourages the proivision of a rural exception site.*

Hartley Wintney Parish Council have been in discussions with Hart District Council, Hampshire Housing Hub (part of Action Hampshire) and Hastoe Housing Association regarding the possibility of an affordable housing development within Hartley Wintney.
Hares Lane, Hartley Wintney
The proposed development site is on land to the North of Hares Lane. Hastoe Housing Association submitted a Pre-App to Hart District Council and as part the full application process, would like to invite members of Hartley Wintney Parish to two online public consultation events held in June;
