A planning application is being prepared by Obsidian Strategic for a new logistics development in Hart, near Junction 5 of the M3 motorway.

Planning permission is proposed to be sought for 105,000 m2 of commercial logistic floorspace across five warehouses, with the potential for some smaller units to accommodate local need.

The online consultation event is on Thursday 8th September at 6.30pm.
