An ouline application for up to 100 residential units for sheltered accommodation for occupation by older people along with a full application for a change of use of land for the creation of Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG), including the provision of a footpath network, landscaping, car park and the provision of all other associated features together with change of use to paddock has been submitted to Hart District Council.
