Hartley Wintney Parish Council

The Parish Team is made up of; Executive Clerk, Deputy Clerk, Community Bus Administrator, Finance Officer, Horticulture and Amenities Officerand two Community Bus Drivers.

The Parish Office is located above the Appleton Hall in West Green Road, just off the A30. The office can be accessed through the main entrance to the Appleton and Victoria Halls, turning right through the Foyer and the Parish Office is on the first floor.

we are open Tuesday to Thursday 9.00am – 12.00pm
For enquires via phone and email
we are open Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 3.00pm
We are closed Saturday & Sunday

Please note that access to the Parish Office is via a staircase. If you would like to meet on the ground floor, please call ahead and we can make suitable arrangements to accommodate your needs.
