The Parish Council is the burial authority for Hartley Wintney and owns and maintains the site adjacent to St Mary’s Church on Church Lane as well as maintaining the closed burial grounds at Old St Mary’s and at All Soul’s in Hartfordbridge.

The Parish Council Burial Ground has sections for full interments and interment of cremated remains as well as a Garden of Remembrance where residents can plant a rose in memory of a loved one.
