All public Parish Council meetings will now be held in person however COVID secure measures will be followed.  Due to this, it is encouraged that these meetings are to be made accessible to the Public by way of phone or online.

If you would like to make a representation at one of our meetings, please contact the Executive Clerk on 01252 845152 or via clerk@hartleywintney-pc.gov.uk by 12pm on the day of the meeting at which you wish to speak.
