The Community Bus service was launched in 2013 to improve the public transport available to the community reducing isolation particularly for those with limited mobility. It operates within the framework of the Community Bus Charter.
The Parish Council is an approved provider of Community Transport services and the scheme has drawn on funding from Hampshire County Council initially provided by the developer of St Mary’s Park.
