Steady and Strong classes

Physical activity, including strength and balance, is vital for healthy ageing

Steady and Strong classes are designed to help people over 65 to improve strength and balance, helping you to live independently for longer and avoid falls. Exercises are done both seated and standing, with chair support for those who require it.

Update from the Hartley Wintney Twinning Association

A meeting was held on November 18th 2021 in the Lady Kaye Meeting
Room to relaunch the Hartley Wintney Twinning Association.

SAVE THE DATE!  The Saint-Savin Twinning Committee have invited us to Saint-Savin from the 13th – 15th August. This is to join them in celebrating their 60th anniversary of twinning with Malle and our 40th anniversary of twinning between Hartley Wintney and Saint-Savin – more details to follow.  Please read the email invitation.
