Blackbushe Airfield Judicial Review

Following the third attempt by Blackbushe to have the whole airfield de-registered as common land, the Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal on Thursday 18^th March. This is good news for common land throughout the UK. A further appeal has been requested to go to the Supreme Court but Blackbushe will consider the likelihood of success and other options.
